Humanizer enables users to generate custom verification links to distinguish between human users and automated bots. You provide a success and failure redirect URL, and Humanizer handles the rest.

2. Account and Access

• You can create verification links without logging in.
• To track link usage and access analytics, sign in via Google.
• You are responsible for your account and the redirect URLs you provide.

3. Fair Use and Limits

• The free tier allows limited usage (e.g., 10 verifications per link).
• Excessive or abusive use may result in throttling or suspension.
• Paid plans include limits and rates as described on our pricing page.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to use Humanizer to:

• Bypass legitimate security or anti-bot systems.
• Track or manipulate users without consent.
• Submit or redirect users to illegal or malicious content.
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service.

5. Availability & Changes

Humanizer may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

6. Privacy

Humanizer does not store personal data or camera recordings. Only anonymized usage data (like pass/fail counts) is stored.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee 100% bot prevention or uninterrupted access.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and the European Union. Disputes will be resolved in courts of Warsaw, Poland.
